Check first, then build.
We first look at whether existing software is enough. If something is missing, we build exactly that, along your actual processes, and leave out what you don't need.
JMK Solutions works where standard software does not cleanly fit the actual workflow. Sometimes that means building something of your own, sometimes it means finally setting up existing software properly. We are deliberately small, work directly, and stay the same three people from implementation to ongoing support.
Not brochure promises, but working rules that apply in every project.

Our systems are built so you can handle day-to-day tasks without IT expertise: change prices, products and settings yourself, no ticket and no waiting.
No call centre, no layer in between. David runs the conversation, Tobias builds it, Niklas handles the invoicing. All three stay reachable, years after handover.
Three founders, three roles, no layer in between. Whoever designs your solution also builds it and stays your point of contact afterwards. You get names and direct numbers, not a ticket system.
Computer scientist. Leads the first conversation and the quote, visits businesses on site and stays your contact until handover. Reads every message that comes in through the contact form.
Quotes, contracts, invoices and delivery. Makes sure fixed price and stages keep what they promise, and that the e-invoice to the federal government goes out as cleanly as the one to the club.
Architecture, implementation and operations. Runner-up at the Austrian federal AI competition, multiple-time winner of the Cloudflight Coding Contest (St. Pölten location), three top-4 finishes at the robotics world championship in the US (2024–2026), and 15th nationwide at the Austrian Informatics Olympiad. Your direct counterpart during implementation.
Your message is read by David Kolm. He leads the first conversation and stays your point of contact. As soon as it gets technical, Tobias Madlberger joins as the developer, and during implementation you talk to him directly.
We know each other from the student council of HTL St. Pölten. It did not exist in that form before; the three of us built it and then organised everything a school has: Christmas market, summer festival, charity drives for leukaemia aid, waffle sales, a book flea market.
Always with paper, a cash box and an Excel list in the evening. At some point we built the till we would have needed. That became JmkPOS, and the team that can pull off festivals together became JMK Solutions OG in 2026.
As a general partnership, the three of us are personally liable for what we promise – in the commercial register under FN 682521h.
And if JMK were ever to stop existing: documentation and all access belong to you from handover, you receive the source code on request at no extra charge (GTC § 7.3, § 7.5), and the software runs in an EU data centre or on your own infrastructure – not with us.
The most expensive mistake in digitalisation projects is software that gets built because it can be built. We look at what is actually missing first, and show you whether it pays off.
